Customer support · Project 01
Three people on the same inbox
Manufacturer. Does the work of 3 agents.
3 people
Inbox load the system carries
Hours to minutes
Time to first reply
What it looked like before
A manufacturer had three people on inbox and chat all day. The same questions, the same policies, every day of the week.
What replaced it
We built support on their own sent replies, their products, and the rules the team actually applies. It carries that load now. First reply went from hours to minutes, and the three people moved onto work a system cannot do.
What it still does not do
Anything outside the stated policy goes to a person, and it steps out the moment a customer escalates.
How it was built
| Trained on | Their own sent replies, the product catalog, and the rules the team actually applies rather than the ones written in the help center. |
|---|---|
| Runs in | Their accounts, on their billing, run by a named person on their team. We hand over the keys and the training that goes with them. |
