What it looked like before
A contractor finished the work and invoiced the following week, sometimes later than that. The cash sat in the gap.
What replaced it
When the job is marked complete, the invoice goes out that day off their own line items and terms.
What it still does not do
Above a set value it stops, and it will not touch a job carrying a variation. Both go to a person.
