Forty questions a week to the owner

Production company. The team pulls the SOP instead of pinging the owner.

40 a week

Questions off the owner's desk

What it looked like before

A production company ran the same forty questions past the owner or the plant manager every week. Both of them answered from memory.

What replaced it

We trained a system on their SOPs and on the answers those two had already given. The floor pulls it. The owner is off that loop.

What it still does not do

It does not answer anything the SOPs do not cover. Those go straight to the person who owns that area.

Forty questions a week to the owner. Work arrives, then splits. The system takes the standard path. A person takes the exceptions. Both end in the same result. The floor asksThe systemAnswers from the SOPsand past answersA personAnything the SOPsdo not coverAnswered on the floor

How it was built

Trained onTheir SOPs, and the answers the owner and the plant manager had already given over the previous years.
Runs inTheir accounts, on their billing, run by a named person on their team. We hand over the keys and the training that goes with them.
